It has been a long time since my last post. That is because I am waiting for something exciting to happen, but it doesn’t. Some days I feel so upbeat, but i haven’t had them lately. These days I feel in a rut. I have been taking a lactation educator class that I was really excited about, but I didn’t learn anything new and I got really sick for the last two days of class. (I have been sick for over a week and my voice still hasn’t found it’s way back to me!)
The halloween party that I had been looking forward to (and invited my nephew to) was cancelled, but I was able to do a quick save courtesy of Chuck E. Cheese. (Sorry to all the other patrons that we probably infected!). Since everyone was sick or getting there even halloween dinner didn’t taste very good.
AND I have gotten used to having friends. We all have different schedules and this is just one of those times when it is difficult to get together. I feel lonely. Luckily, my mom has moved closer and I am going for a visit this weekend!
Ohhhh I had such a nice visit with you while you were here even though you were sick. G had a great time at your house!
Mom is going to be excited to see you!
And what a wonderfully GREAT time I did have with your visit! I LOVE that we are close enough to do this after so many years.
