Paths of Lorien

CJ’s birthday is coming up.  He has recently become interested in superheroes, particularly batman.  So I made him a batman cape.  (Handy people would even make it doublesided, with perhaps superman on the other side, but I didn’t have a red t shirt ready to go to the scrap pile yet.)  So, in an hour and a half, I recreated a t shirt  into this: (such a long time because of the satin stitch I used for the applique!)
